Role

You will be the bridge between EduSkills and academic institutions in North India. Your mission is to build strong relationships with colleges and partners to expand digital learning programs and ensure they run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of strategic partnerships with educational institutions in the Delhi region.
  • Manage key accounts to ensure long-term collaboration and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with college leaders and faculty to implement ICT-based training programs.
  • Support program delivery by aligning institutional needs with organization goals.
  • Track partnership progress and report on the impact of regional initiatives.
  • Represent the organization at educational forums and networking events.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field (Masterโ€™s preferred).
  • Experience in partnership management, preferably in the education or non-profit sector.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Advanced skills in using data to analyze trends and create growth strategies.
  • Proficient in project management tools and office software for reporting.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to work independently and solve problems.
  • Excellent public speaking and relationship-building skills.
