Role
The AI/ML Engineer will build and manage smart systems that help us deliver better care. You will identify where artificial intelligence can improve the experience for patients and families, turning research into practical tools that work in real-world hospital settings. Your work directly contributes to how efficiently we can support millions of families across different countries.
Responsibilities
- Design and build AI systems from start to finish, including collecting data and monitoring how models perform.
- Set clear goals for each AI project and keep improving them for better accuracy and speed.
- Add AI features into our current products so they work smoothly for many users at once.
- Share your knowledge on the latest AI techniques and guide the team on best practices.
- Work with doctors, product managers, and engineers to find new ways AI can help save lives.
- Document research findings and share knowledge across teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in AI/Machine Learning with Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience through projects.
- Proven experience curating data, prototyping, and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, data pre-processing, and integrating AI into product infrastructure. Skilled in defining success metrics and performance monitoring.
- Strong communication skills to share research with different teams and a collaborative spirit to work across various departments.
- Ability to design technology that is inclusive and useful for diverse populations.
