Role

The Talent & Operations Analyst manages the journey of new team members joining Pratham’s global mission. This role combines people-focused recruitment with data-driven project support to help the organization grow its international impact efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full recruitment cycle by drafting job descriptions and screening global talent for program and digital teams.
  • Coordinate with technical and program leads to facilitate interviews and guide hiring decisions.
  • Manage the candidate experience as the primary point of contact from initial outreach to the final offer.
  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into their roles.
  • Analyse project data and research to provide insights for emerging organizational initiatives.
  • Create structured project plans defining milestones and resource needs for new internal programs.
  • Improve organizational workflows by identifying better tools and streamlining recruitment operations.

Requirements

  • Approximately 5 years of professional experience, preferably in high-growth or fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills for global collaboration.
  • Technical comfort with modern project management and collaboration tools like Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to build structured solutions.
  • High learning orientation and a "service-mindset" with sharp attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexibly across different time zones to support international partnerships.
