Role
The Analyst provides essential data and research support to the SRMNH program. The purpose of this role is to turn complex health data into clear insights that help the government and our teams make better decisions to improve healthcare for mothers and new-borns.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze health data to track how programs are performing.
- Create simple dashboards and reports to show program progress.
- Conduct research and interviews to find gaps in healthcare services.
- Help design surveys and tools to measure the impact of our work.
- Draft presentations and documents for government partners and donors.
- Assist in planning and organizing meetings and project timelines.
- Study supply chains to ensure medicines and health products reach the people who need them.
- Support the testing of new digital health tools and service models.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience, or a Post-Graduate degree (Public Health, Social Work, Economics, or Management) with 1+ year of experience.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for data and reporting.
- Ability to simplify complex information into easy-to-read reports.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (both written and spoken).
- Experience working with government departments or the Indian public health system is a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, able to handle multiple tasks, and comfortable working independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively across different regions in India.
