Role
This senior leadership role offers the chance to shape organisational strategy and drive meaningful change across housing, livelihoods, climate action, and youth empowerment initiatives in Mumbai.
Responsibilities
- Support senior leadership in translating YUVA's vision into actionable strategies and programmes
- Lead cross-functional coordination for effective implementation of organisational priorities
- Strengthen systems around finance, compliance, human resources, and performance management
- Drive donor engagement, fundraising, and strategic communications
- Foster institutional partnerships and external collaborations to expand YUVA's reach and influence
- Anchor key change and transition processes to prepare for emerging challenges and opportunities
Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences, Management, or a related discipline
- 7-10 years of progressive leadership in the development or allied sectors
- Demonstrated capability in programme management, organisational development, stakeholder engagement, networking, and resource mobilisation
- Agility, emotional intelligence, and the ability to work effectively in complex, evolving environments
- Commitment to values-driven work, integrity, innovation, and collective leadership
