Role

Assistant Manager – Fundraising (CSR & Institutional Sales) responsible for driving corporate fundraising goals, building strategic partnerships with companies, and ensuring sustained funding for organisational programmes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead corporate fundraising efforts with a mix of multi-year and annual partnerships.
  • Acquire and onboard new corporate partners to support programme funding.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to enhance engagement and loyalty.
  • Coordinate with programme teams to identify funding gaps and design partnership solutions.
  • Manage partner reporting, compliance, and timely stewardship.
  • Support employee engagement and volunteering initiatives with partner organisations.
  • Foster a performance oriented fundraising culture rooted in efficient processes and systems.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, fundraising, customer service, or corporate engagement.
  • Background in non-profit fundraising, banking, sales, or CSR engagement is an advantage.
  • Graduate degree (MBA or relevant postgraduate preferred).
  • Strong understanding of donor relationship management and nonprofit ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM and project management tools.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work effectively both independently and in teams.
