EquiLead

About the Role

We are looking to hire an Assistant Product Manager who will primarily be working on Equilead's platform, and translating the product strategy into the final product. You'll be collaborating with stakeholders across different verticals, and also Arthan's team as needed.

Responsibilities:

  1. Think critically about the user experience and high quality detailed Requirement Documents and Prototypes.
  2. Set up, gather, and analyze user data, and conduct user interviews and competition studies to suggest the best ways to solve a problem.
  3. Build first version of product in-house by self or with help from interns and not rely entirely on vendors for actual development
  4. Meet regularly with all stakeholders, including Product Managers, Account Managers, Developers, Marketing and Customer service to collate feedback on the Product.
  5. Help drive adoption of features in Beta on the Client Side.
  6. Conduct User Acceptance Testing for Product Releases.
  7. Identify the need for new features based on customer feedback, industry trends, and business goals.
  8. Identify the market need or customer pain point that the new module aims to address.

Requirements:

  1. A strong foundation in computer science. 
  2. 2+ years of experience & expertise in Product Management roles is an advantage
  3. Experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Go, JavaScript, Dart, Swift, Kotlin).
  4. A passion for building high-quality, user-focused products.
  5. A well-grounded approach; you're smart, analytical, and think strategically about technical solutions.
  6. A collaborative spirit;  you enjoy working as part of a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
