Role
Work with Takshashila Institution as Assistant Programme Manager to support its flagship public policy education programmes. This role is suited for individuals who enjoy working closely with students, managing programme logistics, and fostering enriching learning experiences. The Assistant Programme Manager will work alongside the Programme Manager to ensure smooth operations and high-quality delivery across all stages of Takshashila’s training programmes.
Responsibilities
- Support programme management end-to-end, from admissions through to course closure.
- Monitor communication with students across platforms such as Slack, LMS, and email.
- Ensure adherence to schedules, processes, and data capture with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist in maintaining quality control across the programme.
- Engage with students as a mentor and facilitator, guiding them in their learning journey.
- Provide administrative support for platforms like LMS, SIS, and integrated communications systems.
- Contribute to programme evaluation through tools, metrics, and feedback.
- Work with the Programme Manager to identify risks and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
- Detail-oriented professional with strong multitasking ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Comfort in managing platforms like Slack, Teams, LMS, and SIS.
- Ability to handle conflicts with diplomacy and professionalism.
- Project management experience is an advantage.
- Passion for working with people and supporting students in their learning.
