Role
As the Associate for Content and Curations, you will be responsible for the material that goes onto the Vinoba App. You will use storytelling and research to create educational content that keeps teachers and students engaged with the platform.
Responsibilities
- Curate and develop engaging educational content specifically designed for the Vinoba App.
- Drive engagement among teachers and students through creative initiatives like storytelling, poetry recitation, and reading challenges.
- Support community growth and program execution through digital content marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with educators, field teams, and administrators to ensure the content supports the organization's goals.
- Conduct research to ensure communication is effective and relevant to the target audience.
Requirements
- A graduate degree in Mass Communication, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in content curation, curriculum design, or digital engagement.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is required.
- Strong skills in content creation, social media management, and storytelling.
- Familiarity with basic design tools is expected.
- Alignment with the vision of empowering students through holistic education.
