Manage onboarding, troubleshoot tech issues, and lead training for the Glific WhatsApp platform

Location: Remote
Experience: 4–6 years in Customer Support, Success, or Product Operations; 4+ years in SaaS/Tech products
Compensation: ₹75,000 – ₹91,666 /month

Role

The Customer Support Associate is the vital link between our technology and the NGOs using it. Your purpose is to guide organizations through their setup, train them on how to use Glific effectively, and solve technical hurdles so they can focus on their mission.

Responsibilities

  • Guide NGOs through the pre-onboarding process and account setup within agreed timelines.
  • Lead training sessions and workshops to help NGO teams understand how to use the platform.
  • Create simple explainer videos and guides to make learning easy for users.
  • Solve technical queries and troubleshoot issues by investigating root causes.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to fix complex bugs by providing clear details.
  • Keep product documentation updated so users can find answers quickly.
  • Track support trends to suggest ways we can make the platform even better for the community.
  • Explore new support channels (e.g., WhatsApp, in-platform help, support desks) to make assistance more accessible.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with at least 4 years specifically supporting technology or SaaS platforms.
  • Experience in facilitating group workshops or training sessions is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SQL, database concepts, AI tools, or chatbot technology is preferred.
  • Experience working within the social sector or with mission-driven organizations is highly valued.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain technical ideas simply.
  • A problem-solving mindset with high empathy for the challenges NGOs face.
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of your tasks.
