Role
You will join The/Nudge Forum to bridge the gap between government, markets, and society. Your mission is to manage high-level speakers and participants, ensuring every event and interaction runs smoothly to drive collective action for social change.
Responsibilities
- Lead the coordination of program activities alongside the product and operations teams to meet success goals.
- Manage relationships with speakers and their teams to provide necessary briefs, context, and resources.
- Coordinate logistical requirements for participants, including audio-visual needs, travel, and accommodation.
- Collaborate with PR and marketing teams to facilitate media interactions for speakers before and after events.
- Support the execution of large-scale convenings to ensure a seamless experience for all community members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1–3 years of professional work experience with a track record of taking full ownership of tasks.
- Fluency in English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholder groups and high-profile guests.
- Proficiency in basic digital tools for project coordination and professional presentations.
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working independently and handling ambiguity when perfect information is unavailable.
