Role
The Associate Finance and Administration supports the daily financial and accounting functions of the Jaipur office. This role handles payment processing, documentation, and general office operations to ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices, staff reimbursements, and payment requests.
- Maintain accounting records in financial systems and assist in monthly closing activities.
- Track advances and settlements while following up on necessary documentation.
- Prepare statements and documentation to support audit requirements.
- Assist in budget preparation, monitoring expenditures, and filing GST and PT returns.
- Handle procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services.
- Support facility management, inventory, logistics, and travel bookings for staff.
- Manage staff attendance records and compliance for PF, ESIC, and Shop & Establishment regulations.
- Support the onboarding of new employees with administrative formalities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4 to 5 years of professional experience in finance, accounts, or administration.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and accounting software such as Tally ERP 9.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and statutory compliance norms.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail in documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks and meet reporting deadlines.
- Experience in the NGO or development sector is preferred.
