About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Transform ideas into compelling visual content (graphics & videos) for external stakeholder engagement and internal publications.
- Design banners, posters, graphics, and logos for campaigns and digital/social platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content inputs and deliver well-designed outputs.
- Ensure all designs align with company brand guidelines.
- Review and refine final layouts, suggesting improvements as needed.
- Analyse current processes, identify gaps, and propose solutions to enhance design capabilities.
Requirements:
- A college degree in graphic design or a closely related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in a graphic design role.
- A strong design portfolio showcasing creative expertise.
- Proficiency in design software like Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, InDesign, etc.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and design styles/trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to provide and accept constructive feedback.
- Experience with computer-aided design tools.
