Role
The Associate Manager - Communications helps the world understand the mission of iTeach. You will tell the stories of our students and teachers to inspire donors, partners, and the public to support education reform.
Responsibilities
- Create and follow a yearly plan for all public messages, research, and outreach.
- Keep the organization’s "voice" consistent across all platforms—making sure it sounds clear, hopeful, and honest.
- Lead the creation of brand guides, templates, and all public-facing materials.
- Manage the iTeach website and lead social media strategies for Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Oversee the production of videos, reports, and newsletters that showcase student journeys and teacher impact.
- Mentor a small communications team and collaborate with leadership and fundraising departments.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.
- 3+ years of professional experience in communications or digital marketing.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
- Good understanding of social media trends, SEO, and digital tools.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to mentor a team.
Benefits
- Salary of ₹62.5K – ₹75K per month ( ₹7.5 - ₹9.0 LPA CTC )
