Currently active across 10 states, their economic inclusion initiatives have been made possible with $250M in government funding, reaching over 1.25 million people.
Their efforts are amplified through an incubator and accelerator program, which has supported over 200 social entrepreneurs, including prestigious recognitions such as 17 Forbes 30 Under 30 recipients, 3 EarthShot Prize winners, and 1 Time Magazine cover honoree. About The Team
The marketing team at The/Nudge is responsible for:
- Building brand and program awareness
- Engaging stakeholders like donors, governments, and sector partners
- Supporting fundraising through storytelling and campaigns
- Managing PR and digital content, especially on platforms like LinkedIn
- Ensuring cohesive messaging across all stakeholder communications
About the Role
Responsibilities
- Trend-Focused Design: Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices, delivering innovative and on-brand visual content.
- AI-Enhanced Creativity: Utilize AI tools to streamline concept generation and design processes, driving productivity and creative innovation.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain brand identity and message consistency across all visual outputs.
- Collaboration: Work alongside marketing, product teams, and other departments to develop designs that align with business goals.
- Multi-tasking: Manage various projects with attention to detail and meet deadlines consistently.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years in graphic design within a dynamic environment, with a portfolio of diverse work.
- AI Proficiency: Familiarity with AI-based design tools to expedite the design process.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and experience with Figma or Sketch.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to propose creative solutions to visual challenges.
Additional Skills (Preferred)
- Experience with animation, motion graphics, or video editing
- Familiarity with 3D design and rendering tools
