Role

As a vital member of the People & Culture team, you will ensure our internal operations run smoothly. Your purpose is to manage payroll, HR systems, and data analytics to provide a seamless and supportive experience for every "Nudgester" in the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing with high accuracy and ensure all statutory filings (PF, PT, ESI, TDS) are compliant.
  • Lead the adoption and maintenance of the HRMS to keep employee records updated and accurate.
  • Identify ways to automate HR tasks and work with vendors to improve our digital systems.
  • Create data dashboards and reports to help the leadership team make informed, people-first decisions.
  • Guide employees through HR policies, onboarding, and performance management cycles.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance and learning wallets.
  • Review external partnerships regularly to ensure they provide the best possible service to our staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (HR-specific education is a plus).
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in HR operations and payroll management.
  • Strong technical skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and storytelling.
  • Ability to streamline or automate processes; familiarity with basic scripting or APIs is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across different teams.
  • High level of ownership, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
