Role

Lead large scale economic inclusion initiatives by designing, implementing, and strengthening poverty alleviation programs in partnership with government systems and grassroots institutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design and execution of Economic Inclusion or Graduation programs
  • Work closely with State Rural Livelihood Missions and government stakeholders
  • Oversee implementation quality, timelines, and adherence to program frameworks
  • Manage cross functional teams and field staff
  • Monitor program performance and ensure data driven decision making
  • Strengthen capacity of community institutions and local partners
  • Support research, documentation, and evidence generation
  • Build strong relationships with ecosystem partners and funders
  • Ensure program outcomes align with institutional poverty alleviation goals

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in hiring or in fast-paced organisations with diverse role requirements.
  • Strong experience working with government systems, especially SRLM or NRLM structures
  • Demonstrated experience in large scale program implementation
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in field intensive environments
  • Master’s degree in Rural Development, Social Work, Public Policy, or related field preferred
