Role

A dedicated specialist focused on finding and nurturing relationships with non-profit organizations to create meaningful volunteering experiences for employees globally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the research and identification of new non-profit partners across various social causes.
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new partner organizations.
• Coordinate with partners to design engaging volunteer opportunities that benefit the community.
• Support the marketing team in creating newsletters, social media stories, and impact reports.
• Monitor partnership metrics to ensure programs are growing and meeting their goals.
• Maintain a strong network within the social impact sector to stay ahead of CSR trends.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field.
• 1 year of professional experience in the non-profit sector or partnership management.
• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for data and PowerPoint for presentations.
• Strong research and analytical skills to evaluate potential partners.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
