Role

The role will be responsible for supporting the Central Development and Donor Relations team to build the donor relationship and support operations and stewardship activities for the donors. 

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee volunteering activities between corporate partners and schools.
• Process donations and conduct due diligence to ensure all documentation is accurate.
• Manage in-kind donations by working closely with finance and program teams.
• Draft high-quality proposals, one-pagers, and progress reports for donors.
• Generate reports and build data dashboards using NetSuite or CRM software to track fundraising trends.
• Maintain partnership portals and donor management systems with precision.
• Research prospective donors to identify new leads for the organization.
• Provide administrative and strategic support to the Manager and Director as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Social Work.
• Experience in donor stewardship, networking, or relationship management.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Advanced Excel and PowerPoint for data visualization.
