Role
The Associate – Partnerships will support fundraising efforts and manage external engagements to sustain the organization’s programs. This is an execution-heavy role that involves identifying potential donors, maintaining relationships, and ensuring all reporting and compliance requirements are met.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential donors, corporate partners, and new funding opportunities.
- Draft proposals, concept notes, and presentations for prospective partners.
- Support the management of CSR and institutional partnerships, coordinating closely with finance and program teams.
- Assist with due diligence processes, MoUs, grant agreements, and renewal discussions.
- Coordinate fundraising campaigns, events, and outreach activities.
- Prepare donor reports, impact stories, and progress updates to maintain transparency.
- Ensure regulatory and financial compliance across all donor relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Policy, Law, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Fundraising, CSR Partnerships, or Marketing.
- Proven experience in proposal writing or grant applications.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace and basic data analysis.
- Ability to manage high ownership tasks and meet tight coordination timelines.
