Role
A focused position dedicated to designing, launching, and managing the admissions process for the new undergraduate programme at IIHS University.
Responsibilities
- Lead coordination with vendors to conduct market studies on undergraduate education.
- Coordinate activities to spread awareness about IIHS University within schools and local communities.
- Manage documentation of all programme aspects by collaborating with internal academic teams.
- Support institution-building tasks including admissions, research, and campus operations.
- Carry out travel for outreach events within India or abroad as required by the leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in a related outreach or admissions role.
- Fluency in English with excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Technical ability to use data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Charts.
- Strong organizational skills to manage workshops involving multiple stakeholders.
- This position is based in Bengaluru and may entail travel to other locations in India.
