Role

The Branch Manager leads the Jayanagar office operations, focusing on managing scholarship programs and on-ground project execution to support the growth of young women.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end scholarship process including applications, interviews, and final selection.
• Lead student award functions, orientations, and regular training programs.
• Implement skill-building initiatives and measure their success through data analysis.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to share project updates on various platforms.
• Engage with corporate partners to coordinate volunteering, internships, and job placements.
• Provide timely progress and fund utilization reports to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate scholarship data and support the head office with detailed reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in a non-profit, CSR, or educational sector.
• Fluent in spoken and written communication with strong presentation skills.
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in Google survey, analysis, and reporting tools.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage branch operations independently.
