Role

You will be a critical part of the growing team, responsible for managing the leads pipeline and building new partnerships. Your work will focus on lead management, proposal responses, and developing or strengthening partnerships for the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Collect current and future project demands, engage with resourcing channels, build a healthy CV pipeline, and engage project teams for evaluation.
  • Draft proposals and engage with stakeholders to fully convert opportunities into formal agreements.
  • Develop and maintain systems for tracking performance, feedback, and goals to retain and grow existing business.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on overall opportunities progress metrics.
  • Plan and facilitate training and support to key employees on BD and sales support.
  • Engage with stakeholders to provide timely responses and mature new business opportunities.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all related activities.
  • Set up and help the team manage a core CRM system for managing client data, opportunities, and transactional status updates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Sales and Marketing functions.
  • Minimum of a graduation degree (MBA in Sales & Marketing is preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong people management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant productivity tools, templates, and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with tools and technologies for data collection and management.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A commitment to the mission and values of the organization.
  • Strong ethical and professional standards, including confidentiality.
  • Willingness to travel for meetings and demos across India.
