Role

The Center Head is responsible for the overall success of the training center. The purpose of this role is to manage the entire student journey—from finding the right candidates to ensuring they are successfully placed in jobs—while leading a dedicated team and maintaining high operational standards.

Responsibilities

Maintain and grow partnerships with government and local institutions to reach students who need these programs most.
Supervise the enrolment process to ensure quality and meet center targets.
Oversee the training department to ensure students receive high-quality education and achieve strong academic results.
Organize placement drives and monitor student participation to ensure successful job transitions.
Manage the day-to-day administration, financial health, and compliance of the center.
Build a positive team culture and engage with stakeholders to improve program impact.
Submit regular reports and documentation regarding student progress and center outcomes.

Requirements

Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any field of study.
At least 5 years of experience in the skill development sector, with 3 years specifically leading a team.
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing donor-funded skilling operations.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to practice patience and perseverance.
Ability to counsel and guide students through their learning and career journey.
A genuine passion for social work and supporting marginalized communities.
Previous experience as a Center Head in a skill development project is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in basic computer tools for reporting and documentation.
