The Centre for Development Policy and Practice (CDPP) is an independent research organisation based in Hyderabad, India, dedicated to influencing public policy with a deep focus on the development of marginalised and vulnerable communities. Established in 2019, CDPP conducts empirical research, publishes policy papers, hosts conferences, and organises workshops to bridge the knowledge gap between government and society on inclusive policy issues. The centre also engages in training policymakers, journalists, legislators, and civil society leaders on public policy frameworks, sensitising them to global standards and fostering innovative solutions to pressing social challenges.
