Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into cloud solutions.
- Document requirements for cloud migration or adoption of cloud services.
- Develop cloud strategies based on business needs, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with technical teams to assess requirements.
- Propose and align cloud-driven workflows with business objectives.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to ensure efficient use of cloud services within budget.
- Act as the bridge between business units, cloud architects, and IT teams, facilitating clear communication of cloud needs.
- Manage contracts with cloud service providers and vendors, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
- Ensure regulatory compliance for cloud implementations, including GDPR, ISO, etc.
- Provide performance, cost, and benefit reports of cloud services to stakeholders.
- Develop change management plans for transitioning to cloud-based services, including training.
- Prepare Bill of Material, Proposals, and RFPs for cloud.
- Manage account creation, billing, and accounting.
Technical Skills
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud.
- Cloud Strategy: Cloud Migration, Cost Optimization, Multi-cloud Solutions.
- Cloud Cost Management: Billing Models, Reserved Instances, Cost Optimization Strategies.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal), able to present complex technical topics clearly.
- Team player with a desire to learn and share knowledge.
Qualifications & Skills
- Relevant experience in cloud account management or similar roles.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory compliance for cloud services.
