About The Role
The Cloud Support Engineer will handle cloud management with a focus on maintaining system performance, availability, and security. The role involves designing, implementing, and troubleshooting monitoring solutions for cloud-based infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure, Unix/Linux OS, and configuration management tools.
- Design and deploy monitoring solutions for cloud systems and applications.
- Develop and manage dashboards for real-time system performance visibility.
- Set up alerts for critical metrics to facilitate proactive issue resolution.
- Regularly monitor cloud resources (compute, storage, network) for availability, performance, and security.
- Analyze logs and metrics to identify system trends and performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to ensure monitoring integration in deployments.
- Troubleshoot monitoring issues and adjust alerts as needed.
- Create and present reports on system health, performance, and availability.
- Stay informed on latest cloud monitoring tools and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and Unix/Linux systems.
- Familiarity with cloud monitoring tools and configuration management.
