Role
The Cluster Coordinator (MHM) is responsible for leading field activities related to menstrual health and hygiene. The purpose of this role is to ensure the effective implementation of MHM programs, manage field teams, and build strong relationships with local community stakeholders to drive lasting social change.
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and monitor all MHM field activities across assigned clusters.
- Lead and manage a team of field workers to ensure program goals are met.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops on menstrual hygiene for various groups.
- Coordinate regularly with schools, Gram Panchayats, and local health departments.
- Document field progress and prepare detailed monthly reports.
- Maintain active field presence through extensive travel to project sites.
Requirements
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Public Health, Rural Development, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the development sector, with a preference for MHM projects.
- Proven ability to manage teams and facilitate community training.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- Willingness to travel extensively within rural project locations
