About the Role
CMID seeks passionate social development professionals fluent in Hindi to drive grassroots change in Kerala. Candidates with proficiency in Bengali, Assamese, or Odia will receive preference. This role involves direct community engagement, program facilitation, and partnership-building to advance CMID’s mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with communities to implement social development initiatives aligned with CMID’s goals.
- Conduct workshops, awareness campaigns, and capacity-building activities in Hindi.
- Collaborate with NGOs, government bodies, and local stakeholders to ensure program effectiveness.
- Monitor and adapt strategies to address on-ground challenges and opportunities.
- Document outcomes and share insights with internal and external teams.
Eligibility
- Languages: Fluency in Hindi (mandatory). Proficiency in Bengali, Assamese, or Odia preferred.
- Experience: 1+ years in community development, social work, or NGOs (freshers with relevant internships may apply).
- Skills: Cultural sensitivity, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability to rural/urban fieldwork.
Work Schedule
- Days: Sunday to Friday
- Hours: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM
