Role

You will lead strategic marketing to make YuWaah a national leader in youth development. Your goal is to turn program data and youth success stories into powerful digital content and reports that inspire partners and donors to support India’s youth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a unified communications framework and messaging architecture to guide all outreach.
  • Create high-impact storytelling campaigns for major events like World Youth Skills Day and International Youth Day.
  • Produce compelling multimedia assets, including impact stories, short films, and program explainer videos.
  • Manage YuWaah’s digital presence by designing platform-specific content strategies and analyzing social media performance.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies to ensure all visual and video content meets high-quality brand standards.
  • Strengthen partner engagement by creating targeted materials for the government, private sector, and the Leader’s Council.
  • Lead the development of the annual report by synthesizing program data and photographs into a professional layout.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Humanities, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in communications or content production for youth-focused initiatives.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-channel national communication campaigns.
  • Exceptional storytelling and writing skills for diverse audiences like donors and government officials.
  • Experience working with multilateral agencies or UN organizations is highly preferred.
  • Technical proficiency in tools like Canva, Trello, and social media analytics.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English with the ability to communicate development issues with sensitivity.
