Role
A creative role focused on visual storytelling and simplifying complex ideas to help people understand digital rights and social change.
Responsibilities
- Design and Visual Communication: Design social media posts, newsletters, website banners, and research publications.
- Content Creation and Editing: Produce and edit engaging content, simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Social Media and Strategic Communication: Ideate and create engaging social media content.
- Website and Digital Management: Collaborate with internal teams to maintain an updated and audience-relevant website.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Communications, Media Studies, English, or Social Sciences.
- 1+ years of professional experience in communications, design, or journalism.
- Skills in design tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe InDesign.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
- Excellent collaboration skills with a creative and critical mindset.
- Experience with social media management tools.
- Ability to edit videos or work with UI-UX design is a plus.
- Understanding of digital rights or non-profit work is helpful.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clear grammar and style.
