SwaTaleem Foundation

SwaTaleem Foundation addresses a stark reality—over 53 million girls aged 12-18 from underprivileged communities face rising dropout rates and child marriage threats. Working within India's Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya system, SwaTaleem creates pathways to empowerment through education, life skills, and English language training. Their innovative hybrid model builds teacher capacity whilst engaging parents through low-tech IVRS technology. By working with girls, teachers, and local women across nationwide school clusters, SwaTaleem breaks cycles of oppression. Each intervention helps first-generation learners from rural and tribal areas transform their dreams into achievable goals.
