Role

As a Consultant in the Data Services team, your purpose is to manage and process vital information regarding Rotary clubs, memberships, and financial activities. Your work ensures that the global organization has accurate data to function effectively and fulfill its social commitments.

Responsibilities

• Process data accurately and on time, covering club memberships, invoices, and registrations.
• Maintain records for international conventions, fellowships, and committee appointments.
• Generate and report transaction counts to ensure workflow transparency.
• Communicate with Rotary Club Officers and members using professional templates.
• Participate in training programs to stay updated on organizational processes.
• Adhere to department work plans and remote work policies as required.
• Actively contribute to team and client meetings to improve data quality.

Requirements

• Minimum Graduation in any discipline.
• 0 to 3 years of relevant experience in data entry, administration, or office support.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Strong written and oral communication skills for professional interactions.
• Good numeric aptitude and comprehension skills to handle detailed data.
• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally.
• Willingness to travel as per business needs.
• High level of accountability, productivity, and adaptability to changing situations.
