About NHSRC:
Since its inception in 2006, NHSRC has been at the forefront of health systems strengthening in India. Collaborating closely with the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MoHF&W) and various state health departments, NHSRC is involved in implementing key interventions under the NHM. The organization is divided into seven divisions, each focusing on critical aspects of public health, including community processes, healthcare financing, healthcare technology, and more. NHSRC’s work has made it a center of excellence with strong professional linkages to domestic and international public health bodies.
Role Overview:
As a Consultant – Information Technology, you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing NHSRC's IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of its systems, and supporting various IT-related functions. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from managing LAN, TCP/IP, and server administration to overseeing cloud infrastructure and optimizing IT resources. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in IT support and network management who are eager to contribute to the health sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Issues and Risk: Develop and implement IT policies, manage LAN and networking, troubleshoot IT issues, and coordinate with vendors like NIC.
- Monitor Progress: Oversee IT systems, manage updates and migrations, ensure timely maintenance of AV facilities, and optimize cloud infrastructure.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain program documentation, manage deadlines, and assist with any additional tasks assigned by senior management.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Graduate in B.Tech (IT/Computer), BE (IT/Computer), or MCA.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in IT support service, network management, or IT portal development.
- Skills: Proficiency in ethernet switch management, media management, and programming languages (an added advantage). Strong English communication skills.
Additional Information:
- Location: New Delhi
- Remuneration: ₹60,000 to ₹1,20,000 per month (commensurate with qualifications and experience)

- Contract Duration: Initially until 31st March 2026, with potential extension based on performance.
