Consultant - Talent Acquisition
This role focuses on managing the recruitment process for the organization. You will handle the end-to-end hiring cycle, ensuring the right talent is brought in to support Madhi’s mission.
Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and track job openings, candidates, and hiring processes.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and draft job descriptions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial rounds of interviews to shortlist candidates.
- Manage the recruitment database and ensure all data is up to date on the applicant tracking system.
- Facilitate the interview process, including scheduling and communicating with candidates.
- Support the team in identifying talent pipelines and sourcing strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and applicant tracking systems (experience with Zoho Recruit is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring mandates simultaneously.
- Good communication skills for interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
