Role

Content Lead responsible for creating compelling written, video, and social content that helps social organisations understand and adopt better, open-source technology.

Responsibilities

Create blogs and newsletters that explain technology in simple, practical language
Develop reels and short videos that make open-source and tech concepts easy to understand
Create social media content that sparks meaningful conversations in the social sector
Break down complex tech topics into accessible stories and narratives
Script, plan, and coordinate content for different platforms and formats
Capture stories from founders, organisations, and users showing real-world impact of good tech
Plan and execute a consistent content calendar across formats
Experiment with new formats, ideas, and storytelling approaches

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media or digital storytelling
Strong writing skills with a natural, human tone
Good understanding of social media platforms and content formats
Basic video editing and reel creation skills
Curiosity and willingness to learn about technology and open-source tools
Based in or willing to work from Bangalore
