Role
You will take charge of the organization's voice and visual presence. This role involves overseeing the entire journey of content creation, ensuring that stories about culture and heritage reach the right audience through both digital platforms and on-ground events.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of content from the initial idea to final distribution.
- Manage the production logistics for video and audio content to ensure high quality.
- Develop and execute strategies to promote content effectively across social media channels.
- Organise offline events that complement digital efforts and widen the organization's reach.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of total work experience.
- Proven prior experience specifically in production management.
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and content formats simultaneously.
- A strong understanding of how to bridge content production with audience engagement.
