NewBeginnings Charitable Trust is an Indian-registered non-profit dedicated to transforming the lives of marginalized and vulnerable communities. We focus on empowering children, youth, and women through community development initiatives. Our mission is to create lasting change by connecting hearts to meaningful causes and providing support where it is needed most.
Role
We are looking for four passionate volunteer writers to help us redesign our website. The purpose of this role is to create soulful, engaging, and clear content that shares our mission with the world and inspires people to take action.
Responsibilities
- Write clear, concise, and visitor-friendly content for our new website.
- Create impactful stories that highlight the change NCT brings to the community.
- Develop strong "Calls to Action" for various programs to encourage donor engagement.
- Ensure all content is SEO-friendly to help more people find our cause.
- Collaborate with the team during a kick-off meeting to align with NCT’s voice and mission.
Requirements
- High proficiency in written English with a conversational and warm tone.
- Ability to turn complex social issues into relatable and inspiring stories.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital content structure.
- Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity toward vulnerable groups.
- Educational background in Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be able to complete the assigned task once started.
