Role
The CSR Associate is a bridge-builder who ensures corporate social responsibility programs run flawlessly. You will manage the logistics of giving, from coordinating with corporate partners to supporting volunteers, ensuring every event creates a meaningful and positive experience for both the company and the community.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of CSR activities alongside corporate partners.
- Coordinate with corporate teams via email and calls to provide event updates and planning details.
- Manage event budgets by tracking expenses and ensuring activities remain within financial limits.
- Assist corporate volunteers before and after events to ensure a smooth and engaging experience.
- Lead logistics planning, including scheduling for both online and in-person CSR programs.
- Collect data, photographs, and feedback to create impact reports after every event.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet project deadlines and requirements.
- Maintain organized internal databases for partnerships, projects, and event details.
- Take full ownership of assigned tasks to ensure timely and high-quality completion.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Strong command of English with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine enjoyments of speaking with diverse groups.
- High level of organizational ability to manage multiple tasks, calls, and follow-ups.
- Basic computer proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and online databases.
- A value-driven mindset with a focus on honesty and personal accountability.
- Openness to "learn and unlearn" in a fast-paced, coachable environment.
- Passion for working in a non-profit setting to create community impact.
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
