Role

This role focuses on achieving the organisation's financial goals by securing funds from new corporate and CSR partners. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with partners to ensure continued support for WOTR's programmes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage corporate fundraising and business development efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring they are engaged and satisfied.
  • Work with program teams to identify funding needs and secure support from donors.
  • Ensure all fundraising activities meet regulatory standards and that reporting is accurate and timely.

Requirements

  • A graduate degree in any field. An MBA is preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in fundraising, sales, or business development.
  • Proven experience in raising funds from corporates is essential (Minimum ₹3 - 8 Cr).
  • A good understanding of the non-profit sector, CSR, and fundraising in the agriculture space.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship building skills.
  • Comfortable with technology and able to work effectively on your own.
  • A proactive person who looks for opportunities and proposes solutions.
