Role
As a CSR & Partnerships Associate, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between corporate resources and social impact. Your purpose is to help identify funding opportunities and maintain the relationships that allow our community programs to thrive.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential corporate partners and funding opportunities.
- Draft clear and compelling CSR proposals, concept notes, and presentations.
- Compile impact reports, donor updates, and utilization statements to show the value of our work.
- Maintain organized trackers for all proposals, follow-ups, and reporting deadlines.
- Work closely with internal teams to gather data, stories, and metrics from the field.
- Ensure all documentation meets CSR compliance and statutory requirements.
- Prepare detailed meeting notes and manage ongoing communication with partners.
- Help customize outreach materials to align with specific corporate social goals.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the social sector or corporate social responsibility.
- Strong skills in research, data analysis, and report generation.
- Proficiency in creating professional presentations and using basic computer tools for documentation.
- A basic understanding of the Indian CSR Act and corporate compliance is preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, self-driven attitude with the ability to take ownership of tasks.
- Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment.
