Role
Are you ready to kick-start a career creating social change in India? The Dasra Fellowship welcomes passionate recent graduates for a year-long, hands-on journey at the heart of the development sector. As a Dasra Fellow, you'll get real-world experience and deep exposure to how leading social change happens. This is your chance to learn, build leadership skills, and join a supportive peer group driven by purpose.
Responsibilities
- Participate in project management, research, advocacy, and more across Dasra’s programmes.
- Complete a real-world internship embedded within a Dasra team—contributing to areas like education, health, gender equity, or policy.
- Engage in interactive training, workshops, and sector learning.
- Build networks and gain direct mentorship from sector experts.
- Collaborate with a cohort of changemakers, supporting each other’s growth.
Requirements
- Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree (no prior experience needed).
- Passion for social impact and community leadership.
- Eagerness to learn, work in person (based primarily in Mumbai), and contribute to real projects.
- Backgrounds from underrepresented communities (SC/ST/OBC, first-generation learners, those with limited financial means) strongly encouraged.
- Commitment to diversity and inclusion.
