Responsibilities

  • Participate in project management, research, advocacy, and more across Dasra’s programmes.
  • Complete a real-world internship embedded within a Dasra team—contributing to areas like education, health, gender equity, or policy.
  • Engage in interactive training, workshops, and sector learning.
  • Build networks and gain direct mentorship from sector experts.
  • Collaborate with a cohort of changemakers, supporting each other’s growth.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree (no prior experience needed).
  • Passion for social impact and community leadership.
  • Eagerness to learn, work in person (based primarily in Mumbai), and contribute to real projects.
  • Backgrounds from underrepresented communities (SC/ST/OBC, first-generation learners, those with limited financial means) strongly encouraged.
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion.
