CKD is a not-for-profit organization focused on improving the lives of women and children. Guided by principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), CKD's mission is to empower women, adolescents, and children through equitable access to health, nutrition, education, skills development, and livelihood opportunities. Incubated by IPE Global Limited, CKD partners with government stakeholders to design and implement sustainable solutions for public service delivery.
About the Project
In collaboration with Unilever's vision for 'sustainable community development', CKD will implement the Prabhat Nutrition project. This initiative aims to improve health and nutrition for pregnant and lactating women, young mothers, and children up to 3 years. The project focuses on:
- Motivating women to consume locally available nutritious food.
- Training frontline nutrition workers to deliver key health messages.
- Raising awareness among mothers and caregivers about better food consumption.
- Educating adolescent girls about anaemia control and menstrual hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
Data Collection and Management
- Design and implement data collection systems and strategies.
- Ensure data accuracy through audits and checks.
- Manage data storage solutions and maintain databases.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights.
- Generate reports to track program performance.
- Present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
Data Visualization
- Create visual representations of data using charts, graphs, and dashboards.
- Use data visualization tools to simplify complex data.
Program Support
- Collaborate with the Project Lead and Senior Data Analyst to support program evaluation.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve program outcomes.
Program Documentation
- Support program documentation and develop reports as required.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
- Master’s degree in Social Work/Public Health (preferred).
- 4-5 years of experience in data analysis, ideally in the non-profit sector.
- Proficiency in software like Stata, SPSS, and Excel.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in data management for nutrition and health programs.
- Knowledge of database management systems.
- Inclination towards publishing papers or blogs.
- Familiarity with GIS is a plus.
Contract Type
12-month contract, with the possibility of renewal based on performance.
