The Museum of Art & Photography (MAP) is a pioneering museum in India, dedicated to South Asian visual culture. Situated on Kasturba Road in Bangalore, MAP houses an extensive collection of over 60,000 works, spanning modern and contemporary art, textiles, crafts, and photography. With a state-of-the-art, 44,000 square foot building, MAP offers multiple galleries, an art and research library, an education centre, and more.

About the Role
As a Data Analyst at MAP, you will play a vital role in driving organisational success by managing and analysing data. You’ll work with the technology team and across departments to ensure data integrity, support decision-making, and help optimise operations.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain data, focusing on Salesforce and other key applications.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and document data requirements.
- Ensure data flows are built into service specifications for effective analysis and reporting.
- Monitor data in Salesforce to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct data quality audits and ensure data integrity before analysis.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualisations to support organisational activities.
- Explore new technologies to improve data integration and usage across MAP.
- Support system improvements and implementations to enhance operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
- Certification: Salesforce Certified Administrator.
Experience
- 4+ years in Marketing Cloud solution design and integration.
- Familiarity with Smartsheet, ETL tools, and SQL.
- Experience in data visualisation tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Salesforce.
- Experience in nonprofit operations is a plus.
Skills
- Strong data management and analytical skills.
- Ability to create reports and visualisations to support data-driven decision-making.
- Understanding of GDPR and data protection regulations.
