About the Role

As a Data Analyst at MyGov, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to generate actionable insights that aid decision-making within MyGov, its associated ministries, and state governments. The role requires expertise in various data analysis tools, statistical methods, and an ability to communicate findings clearly.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.

Roles & Responsibilities

Data Collection, Cleaning, Segmentation, and Exploration: Collect and prepare data, ensuring it is clean and ready for analysis.
Hypothesis Testing and Problem Solving: Validate assumptions and solve business problems through data-driven insights.
Time Series Analysis: Analyze data trends over time to improve decision-making and predictions.
A/B Testing: Conduct experiments to assess the effectiveness of strategies and improve operations.
Operational Efficiency: Use data insights to optimize workflows, ensuring compliance with data governance standards.
Dashboard Development: Build visual dashboards for real-time monitoring and forecasting trends.
Root Cause Analysis: Identify underlying causes of issues through detailed data analysis.
Text and Sentiment Analysis: Analyze textual data to extract valuable insights and sentiments.
Geospatial Analysis: Study geographic data to uncover location-based trends for strategic decision-making.
Data Integration: Combine data from multiple sources to enable comprehensive analysis.
Machine Learning Support: Utilize machine learning algorithms for predictive analysis and automation.
Ethical Considerations: Ensure ethical practices in data handling, respecting privacy and fairness principles.
