Role
Data Entry Specialist responsible for accurately capturing, updating, and maintaining data while supporting administrative operations.
Responsibilities
- Enter and update data accurately in systems and databases
- Verify data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Maintain and organise digital records and files
- Support administrative and documentation tasks
- Meet deadlines and maintain productivity in a remote work environment
- Coordinate with team members when required
Requirements
- Good typing and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Prior experience in data entry or administrative work is an advantage
- Minimum qualification: higher secondary or equivalent
