About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled Data Management Executive to streamline our data workflows, optimize reporting processes, and enhance data visualization within our team. If you have a strong foundation in data handling, automation, and analytics, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Custom Google Forms Creation: Design Google Forms and prefilled forms tailored to company needs.
- Data Management: Efficiently manage and organize data in Google Sheets.
- MIS Support: Resolve daily queries, support internal teams, and maintain our existing MIS.
- Google Sheets Optimization: Implement and optimize Google Sheets for multi-user access, linking spreadsheets as necessary.
- Process Translation: Convert business functions into streamlined Google Sheets processes.
- MIS Reporting: Generate and maintain daily MIS, regularly updating the management team.
- Advanced Functions: Utilize advanced Google Sheets functions to handle data efficiently.
- Data Visualization: Integrate Google Sheets with Looker Studio for data visualization and reporting.
- Document Management: Maintain company FMS, Checklist, and Delegation sheets.
Key Skills Required
- MIS Reporting: Proficient in daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting.
- Scorecards & KRAs: Skilled in creating MIS scorecards and Key Result Areas (KRAs).
- Google Sheets Automation: Expertise in automation using Google Sheets.
- Data Visualization: Experience creating dashboards in Looker Studio (Data Studio).
- Automation Tools: Proficiency in WhatsApp and email automation.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Knowledge of FMS, IMS, PMS, Google Script, and Google Apps Script
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulation and data manipulation.
