About the Role
Location: Nairobi, Kenya, and Delhi, India
PATH is seeking a Lead – Data Services for its Information Technology (IT) team. The IT department collaborates with business partners globally to tackle IT challenges, enhance efficiencies, and achieve strategic objectives.
The Data Services Lead will lead a technical team to design, develop, and maintain distributed applications and enterprise integrations. The role also involves overseeing multi-tier cloud-based solutions that manage and transform enterprise data across platforms like Azure, Salesforce, and others.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of four technical professionals, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of projects within timelines.
- Provide technical guidance and support team members’ career development.
Systems Architecture and Development:
- Design and develop scalable, distributed applications using object-oriented principles.
- Architect multi-tier cloud-based solutions with seamless data integration and transformation.
- Work with stakeholders to translate system requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Extensive experience in systems architecture, software development, and cloud technologies.
- Proficiency in C# .NET, ASP.NET, MS TSQL, and Microsoft Cloud services.
- Strong leadership skills and proven experience managing technical teams.
- Expertise in enterprise platform integrations, especially Azure and Salesforce.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Certifications in Microsoft technologies or relevant platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric and enterprise analytics solutions.
