Responsibilities

• Refine, improve and maintain user interfaces across Frappe’s software products.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to deliver outstanding design experiences.
• Prototype concepts and turn user feedback into intuitive features.
• Ensure design quality in everything, from colour choices to font and layout.
• Stay curious: bring fresh ideas to improve product look and feel.

Requirements

• A keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Familiarity with digital product design tools such as Figma.
• Good grasp of usability, accessibility and responsive design.
• Great writing skills.
• Eager to learn and improve; open to feedback and new methods.
• Works well in teams; clear communicator.
