About the Role
Position: Data Analyst
Team: Marketing and Analytics
The/Nudge is seeking a talented Data Analyst to interpret campaign data and support the team’s content strategy. This role involves deriving insights from a wide range of marketing data, from social media metrics to Google Analytics, to inform content and audience strategies. It’s an opportunity to influence impactful campaigns and engage stakeholders through effective data visualization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to extract insights that drive content strategies and audience targeting.
- Define and track KPIs for campaigns across social media, email, and other platforms with the marketing team.
- Analyze campaign performance, uncovering trends and optimization opportunities.
- Provide actionable recommendations to enhance campaign strategies and outcomes.
- Collect and organize data from multiple marketing channels, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Use Google Analytics and similar tools to monitor website traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Develop dashboards and reports to effectively present data insights to stakeholders.
- Keep up-to-date with marketing analytics trends, attribution modeling, and industry best practices.
- Suggest improvements for data processes and reporting to boost team efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related fields. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 1-3 years in a Data Analyst or similar role, with a portfolio of successful campaign analysis.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Analytics, social media analytics, attribution modeling, and Excel (including complex formulae, pivot tables, and data visualization).
- Data Visualization: Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Programming: Knowledge of SQL or similar languages is advantageous.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to translate complex data for non-technical stakeholders.
